We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and swimwear liners are final sale for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired piece.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
